At metalpigeon, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy below for information on delivery times, costs, and other important details.
- Shipping Destinations
We currently ship our products to the following destinations:
- United States: Standard and expedited shipping available
- International Shipping: we are not offering international shipping now
- Shipping Costs
Shipping rate in US: $6.99. for all product in the United States.
- Shipping Times
We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, in Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays recognized by the Post Office such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Our processing time is 5 – 7 business days. Estimated delivery time will follow.
- 14 – 21 business days* (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.(*) It might be delayed 5-10 days due to the peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill orders as fast as possible.
- Our shipping method being currently available is STANDARD SHIPPING (USPS, EMS, or FedEx) and EXPEDITED SHIPPING (DHL EXPRESS, FEDEX, or TNT).
- If you want to track your order, please request at [email protected]; we will send you your tracking number once we got it from the shipping department, which is usually available after 7-10 business days from the order date.
- At the moment, our shipping cannot be delivered to US Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or via your account on metalpigeon.
- Address Accuracy
To ensure successful delivery, please provide complete and accurate shipping information when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize you’ve made an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can attempt to correct it before the order is dispatched.
- Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, there may be unforeseen circumstances that cause delays, such as public holidays, strikes, or extreme weather events. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you of any changes to your delivery timeline.
- Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
- Return to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
