Refund Policy
All our products are made-to-order. We do not hold inventory or stock.
If you are unhappy with the items that you have received, please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to [email protected].
ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
We only allow order modification within 24 hours since the payment.
Please contact us via our email [email protected] to make any changes.
If something that you have purchased and received is of wrong sizes or wrong product, you can return for a full refund or exchange.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we gladly offer 30 days return policy starting the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that the following rules must apply for the product(s) that you would like to return:
- Provide us with your proof of purchase and required pictures as follows:
- Item must be in original condition (including packaging)
- Picture of shipping label
- Picture of the product and the error you found out (material flawed, different design, different size)
- Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide return/replacement items.
- Payments by Gift cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return contact information: Please contact our Customer Service [email protected] to get the return address before you make any decision. We will NOT take any responsibility for any return package without a confirmation letter or notice from us.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the returned item is over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
REFUNDS
If an item shows up significantly different from its description, customers must provide photographs of the poor-quality print or damaged area and contact us within 5 days after receiving it via [email protected]. Once we have reviewed this information, a refund will be made based on the evidence provided by the customer.
Shipping fee will NOT be refundable once items have been shipped.
Your refund amount will include the amount you paid for your order, subtract the following amount (if any):
- Transaction fee
- Shipping fee (if the item was shipped)
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Special Return Note: Do not return your product(s) without fist contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with specific guide for the return.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

*** For Customers outside The U.S, including Australia and New Zealand, Canada:
– If merchandise gets damaged during transportation, we’ll send a replacement without return.
– Metal Pigeon does not give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. The customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem. Please contact [email protected] for any issues.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Change and Cancellation requests are only allowed within 12 hours from the time that the order was placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. After 12 hours have elapsed, no order modifications are allowed.
