This is the second time I’ve used Brightroomy. I contacted the customer service team via email, as my order had been in the same status for 10 days, and I thought perhaps there was a problem with the website. I explained that I had wanted the product as a gift and was wondering if I would receive my order within the next 7 working days. I received a prompt response with an apology and being told my order was being dealt with immediately and being dispatched by priority mail to ensure I received within two working days.
