- Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after being placed. The order processing time takes an additional 5 – 7 business day.

Only had one issue and that was with shipping. Not sure who to blame but my items were on the slow boat to Anchorage, Alaska and delivery dates were not matching Brightroomys expected delivery. I understand Brightroomy is not a shipping company. They helped the issue by refunding me shipping cost but I’d rather have paid a little more shipping cost for on time delivery.
