I had excellent service from Brightroomy. I ordered some baby pyjamas and paid and extra £7.00 for express delivery. A day or two before these should have arrived I received a phone call to tell me that there was a problem with the supply of these pyjamas, which meant my order would be delayed. The young woman on the phone apologised and told me that the extra payment for delivery would be credited to my account, and the supply problem had been sorted. The money was credited the same day, and sure enough five days later I received the goods.This is really good customer service. The pyjamas are excellent as well.Thank you Brightroomy.
