Firstly the customer service is way above 5 stars, they are amazing.The sizing was a little too big, so I contacted the company, and explained that i understood that due to being personalised this could nor be refunded. HOWEVER, i got a response back within 5 minutes, apologising for the sizing and would i like it to be replaced, well i wasn’t expecting that, and didn’t need to send the old one back.Well once i know a good company i stick with them, and i will most definitely be promoting to other netball umpires and teams!BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY ITEMS, for a responsible price for embroidered personalised items
