    Absolutely outstanding customer service. Within 24 hrs of order being submitted they contacted due to an issue – the issue being entirely my fault!     Found Brightroomy through a google search to design a bag for my daughter for Christmas. Most companies have a minimum order or 50 or sometimes 10 bags. Brightroomy allow you to order just one.I started playing with the design possibilities they provide and they were such fun, instead of ordering just one bag, I ended up ordering three! So many fonts, colours, layouts … just brilliant. And you can put a design on both the front and the back, change the colour of the whole bag … so many things you can do – too many to list them here. The bags themselves came through speedily (despite it being a few days before Christmas) and were even better than I imagined. Really beautiful. Clear crisp printing. Rich colours. Just wonderful. I’ll be telling all my friends. Great idea for birthdays or … any time. … And this review is coming from someone who hardly every reviews anything. I just think these bags are wonderful! Yep, very happy customer!
