Production

  • Type: Handmade Item and Made To Order. All of our quilts are constructed in a pet-free and smoke-free environment.
  • Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after being placed. The order processing time takes an additional 5 – 7 business day.

    Would definitely recommend to use based on that alone. An item I ordered turned out to be a different size from others in the same size-range (Fruit of the Loom medium is much smaller than other mediums). I emailed Brightroomy, they responded within an hour or so and arranged (without any issue) to send out an alternative size. It arrived the next day.All companies should work like this, I will be glad to carry on buying from here with this level of customer service.Thank you.
