I placed my order online but when I was advised of delivery dates, I had to change the delivery address to ensure someone would be available for delivery. I was unable to do this online so contacted Brightroomy via their contract email. The amendment was processed so easily. I had a response from Jonalyn confirming the address had been changed & when there was a slight confusion it was handled so efficiently. As an overseas customer (I’m in the UK) I have to say the service I received was better than if it was a UK company. I would have no hesitation in using or recommending Brightroomy.
