The best factor is the fact that customers can order exactly what they want and Brightroomy ships directly to the customers. I have used this company at least five times and have been impressed every time with the quality of the products and the customer service. Whenever I have needed anything a bit different I have phoned up, the phone has been answered promptly and the person I spoke to always helpful. Once one jumper arrived with the image peeling off. Brightroomy sent another immediately without asking to see an image of the damaged one or asking us to send it back to them. Very good value for money and I would not go anywhere else.
