It isn’t often I’m impressed by service these days but for once the right people seem to be doing the right jobs…there was no messing about when I phoned in with my request, the sales team told me exactly what I needed to do and then the design team responded really quickly to all my queries and even made a suggestion to improve the image – complete with an example image e-mailed to illustrate…it was what I had wanted but could never have articulated it! When it arrived the product was exactly what I had initially imagined. I spoke to them Friday before Christmas and it arrived on the Tuesday. What’s not to love?!
