I ordered a jacket from here and waited about a week for it to arrive. The sizing chart is awfully confusing, and I ended up getting the wrong size. The jacket itself looked and felt beautiful, quality was great! But when I went to costumer service about this, they haven’t responded to my request. I’m quite disappointed in the lack of assistance especially since I wanted this jacket for my vacation in just a few weeks time. This was my first time ordering from Brightroomy, and I’m disappointed in the results so far.Edit: Costumer service was quite polite in helping me out! Hopefully the new item will be just as good of quality as the last.
