I engaged with Brightroomy to get some personalised merchandise for my seven Godchildren and myself. I required eight jute bags, each with a bespoke logo on one side and an out-of-the-box customisation on the other. The bespoke logo had to be created from scratch and I was kept informed of its progress all the way and was able to provide feedback for tweaks as part of the process. I dealt throughout with Matt who was always available and had the time for me. The final result was excellent and I stuffed the bags with lots of goodies, including a personalised water bottle, a personalised pint glass and a personalised keyring, all from Brightroomy. The whole thing took just about a week to deliver and was all very good and extremely well received by all the Godchildren. Excellent service.
