Had my reservations on ordering from overseas company but from time of order Brightroomy let me know all details even when it had gone to print and delivery date nice touch I thought . I engaged with Brightroomy to get some personalised merchandise for my seven Godchildren and myself. I required eight jute bags, each with a bespoke logo on one side and an out-of-the-box customisation on the other. The bespoke logo had to be created from scratch and I was kept informed of its progress all the way and was able to provide feedback for tweaks as part of the process. I dealt throughout with Matt who was always available and had the time for me. The final result was excellent and I stuffed the bags with lots of goodies, including a personalised water bottle, a personalised pint glass and a personalised keyring, all from Brightroomy. The whole thing took just about a week to deliver and was all very good and extremely well received by all the Godchildren. Excellent service.
